Shannon is a veteran sales and marketing executive with 30+ years of success across advertising, gaming, mobile, and SaaS. As CRO at tvScientific since 2021, she grew the team from 1 to 50+, driving revenue from $0 to $100M and securing $30M in Series A funding. At Tapjoy, she expanded the commercial team from 3 to 150+ and revenue from $10M to $300M, leading to its acquisition by Iron Source/Unity. She also led growth at Commission Junction, Expertcity (acquired by Citrix), and held key roles at B2Bstores.com, Merisel, and IBM. Shannon lives in Santa Barbara, CA with her family and many pets.

At Tapjoy, she led national enterprise sales, fueling significant revenue and market expansion. Meghan excels in building high-performing teams and achieving outstanding business results. She lives in Marin County with her two kids and a lively Portuguese Water dog, Rocky.

With 30 years of leadership in advertising and technology, Brett is a seasoned sales and operations executive. At Tapjoy, he advanced from sales leader to operations executive, merging revenue operations with global ad operations, business intelligence, and customer service, leading to Tapjoy’s acquisition by ironSource/Unity. At Commission Junction, he expanded the platform through key affiliate acquisitions, driving significant revenue growth. Brett lives in Ojai, CA, where he enjoys helping with the family citrus and avocado business, playing golf, and walking his dog Ziggy through the grove.

Under her leadership, revenue more than doubled in three years, given her strong focus on customer retention and process optimization, Sarah excels in delivering analytical insights that drive informed buying decisions. She lives in Aptos, CA, with her husband, two sons, and twin daughters.
