Founded by seasoned startup GTM leaders Shannon Jessup and Meghan McAdams, Rhythm66 leverages their extensive experience spanning two decades and four companies. Their collaboration began in Santa Barbara, CA, when Meghan, fresh out of UCSB, joined Shannon’s team as a junior sales representative. This initial mentorship evolved into a dynamic partnership dedicated to helping startups develop and build their unique sales rhythm.

Meet the team behind Rhythm
Shannon Jessup
Shannon is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 30 years of top performance in advertising, gaming, mobile, and SaaS industries. At tvScientific, she joined as the 9th employee and CRO in 2021, expanding the team from 1 to over 50 and growing revenue from $0 to $100 million, including securing $30 million in Series A funding from prominent investors. At Tapjoy, starting as the 17th employee in 2009, she scaled the commercial team from 3 to over 150, increased revenue from $10 to $300 million, and expanded operations to 12 global offices before the company’s acquisition by Iron Source/Unity. Earlier, she drove significant revenue growth at Commission Junction and played a key role at Expertcity, later acquired by Citrix. She was a founding member of B2Bstores.com and has held executive roles at Merisel and IBM. Shannon resides in Santa Barbara, CA with her family and too many pets.
Meghan McAdams
Meghan is a sales executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation in advertising, gaming, affiliate, and SaaS sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Sales at tvScientific, where she significantly expanded the company’s CTV market presence, increasing revenue from $20M to $50M in under 18 months. At Boulevard, she played a key role in growing revenue and establishing strong market positioning in the beauty and wellness SaaS sector. At Tapjoy, she led the national enterprise sales team, contributing to major revenue and market growth. Meghan excels in building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional business results. She lives in Marin County with her two young kids and crazy Portuguese Water dog, Rocky.
